Sent wrong bungees for canopy
We ordered a new canopy and the bungees that we received were too small. We were first told that the bungees we received were the only size that come with the canopy. We are had a shoremaster canopy before and had no problem. After talking with Kelly, she listened to our concerns and did some investigating and came up with the correct bungees that we needed. We are seniors and appreciate that Kelly was kind and took her time to help us.. KUDOS to Kelly and thank you!!
